These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the AnimalNews.tv website (the "Site").
AnimalNews.tv is an editorial project and web TV owned and operated by Elyte Productions SRL, with registered office at Via G.Pascoli 24, 36065 Mussolente VI, VAT/Tax ID 04081560247, REA VI-377410 ("Elyte Productions").
Access to and use of the Site implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not intend to accept them, they are invited not to use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
AnimalNews.tv is a platform dedicated to the dissemination of audiovisual and informational content relating to the animal world, including, by way of example, events, shows, competitions, insights, interviews, educational content, documentaries and live or recorded broadcasts.
Content may be produced directly by Elyte Productions or come from event organisers, partners, clients, third-party platforms or other authorised parties.
Access to the content currently available on the Site is free of charge, unless otherwise expressly communicated.
2. Ownership of the Site
The AnimalNews.tv Site, its structure, design, graphic elements, logos, original texts, organisation of content and other elements created specifically for the platform are owned by Elyte Productions or used by it on the basis of specific authorisations or licences.
Making content available through the Site does not involve any transfer to the user of the related intellectual property rights.
3. Ownership of audiovisual content
Videos, photographs, graphics, recordings, interviews and other audiovisual content on AnimalNews.tv may be: owned by Elyte Productions; produced by Elyte Productions on behalf of clients or organisers; owned by third parties; published or made available on the basis of authorisations, licences or agreements with the respective owners; made available through third-party platforms such as YouTube or Facebook.
The presence of content on AnimalNews.tv therefore does not necessarily imply that Elyte Productions is its exclusive owner.
All rights to content owned by third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Permitted use of content
Content on AnimalNews.tv is made available for the personal and informational use of users.
Unless expressly authorised by the holder of the relevant rights, it is not permitted to: download or copy audiovisual content; record, duplicate or reproduce broadcasts in whole or in part; modify, alter or create derivative works; republish videos, photographs or other material on other sites, platforms or social networks; distribute or retransmit content; use content for commercial, promotional or advertising purposes; remove logos, watermarks, credits, copyright notices or other identifying elements; present AnimalNews.tv content as one's own or attribute it to parties other than the legitimate owners.
Normal sharing of links to AnimalNews.tv pages or content via websites, social networks, messaging apps and other communication tools is permitted.
5. Content embedding
The embedding of AnimalNews.tv content within third-party sites or platforms is permitted only where this functionality is expressly made available by AnimalNews.tv or by the platform that originally hosts the content.
Embedding must not: alter the original content; hide logos, credits or identifying elements; falsely suggest a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by AnimalNews.tv or Elyte Productions; be used in unlawful contexts or contexts harmful to the image of AnimalNews.tv, Elyte Productions or the parties depicted.
Elyte Productions reserves the right to limit or disable the ability to embed certain content.
6. Copyright
All original content published on AnimalNews.tv is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
Online publication of content and the ability to view it free of charge do not constitute a waiver of the related intellectual property rights or authorisation to reproduce or use it outside the methods provided by these Terms.

7. Trademarks and distinctive signs
The name AnimalNews.tv, its logo, graphic signs and other distinctive elements used on the Site belong to their respective owners and may not be used without prior authorisation.
Trademarks, logos and names of events, associations, companies, sponsors or other third parties that may be present on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Their presence on AnimalNews.tv does not necessarily imply the existence of a commercial, sponsorship or partnership relationship, unless expressly indicated.
8. Live streaming
AnimalNews.tv may broadcast events and other content live.
Elyte Productions undertakes to ensure, within reasonably possible limits, the availability and quality of broadcasts, but cannot guarantee that every live stream will be available without interruptions, delays or technical problems.
Live streams may be subject to changes, delays, interruptions or cancellations for reasons including: internet connection problems; technical or infrastructure problems; power supply interruptions; problems with the streaming platforms used; changes to the event programme; decisions of the organiser; weather conditions; force majeure; circumstances beyond Elyte Productions' control.
The times of live streams and individual content indicated on the Site should therefore be considered indicative and may vary depending on the actual progress of events.
9. Availability of content
Elyte Productions does not guarantee that all content published on AnimalNews.tv will remain permanently available.
Videos, live streams, photographs, articles or other material may be modified, replaced, removed or made temporarily unavailable without notice, including for technical, editorial, contractual or content-rights reasons.
10. Third-party content and services
AnimalNews.tv may display or embed content from third-party platforms, including YouTube and Facebook.
Such content may be subject to the terms, conditions and policies of the respective platforms.
Elyte Productions does not control the operation of third-party platforms and cannot guarantee the permanent availability of content hosted by them.
Content may therefore become unavailable on AnimalNews.tv if it is removed, restricted, modified or made unavailable by the platform or its owner.
11. Links to external sites
The Site may contain links to websites, social networks, platforms, event organisers, sponsors, partners or other external services.
These links are provided for the user's convenience or as part of the editorial and commercial content of the Site.
Elyte Productions is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy policies or activities of third-party sites and services.
Access to such services is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms established by the respective operators.
12. Event-related information
AnimalNews.tv may publish information about events, programmes, schedules, participants, results, locations or other information provided by organisers or third parties.
Elyte Productions seeks to keep this information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors, changes or delays in updates.
For official information regarding registrations, regulations, programmes, results or changes to an event, users are invited to refer to the organiser or the competent authority.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elyte Productions shall not be liable for damages arising from: interruptions or malfunctions of the Site; temporary or permanent unavailability of content; interruptions or problems with live streaming; problems arising from third-party services or platforms; inaccurate or outdated information provided by third parties; improper use of content by users; events or circumstances beyond Elyte Productions' reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Content reports
If a user or rights holder believes that content on AnimalNews.tv infringes copyright, image rights, trademarks or other rights, they may send a report to: info@elyte.it
indicating, where possible: the content concerned; its URL; the nature of the complaint; the information necessary to demonstrate ownership or the right invoked.
Elyte Productions will assess the report and, where necessary, may suspend or remove the content concerned.
15. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data carried out through AnimalNews.tv is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

16. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Elyte Productions reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions where necessary to adapt them to changes in the Site, the services offered, the technologies used or applicable law.

17. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes are subject to the provisions of current Italian and European law, including the mandatory rules for consumer protection where applicable.
